Deific connection (Ex): While their studies are important, their connection to their deity gives them a heightened insight into the powers they study. When considering the DC of their spells, power words, divine words, vocations, and vocation abilities, they use their charisma modifier instead of their intelligence modifier. However, ignoring their studies does have detriments. If the diviner's intelligence modifier is negative, they take it as a penalty to their ability and spell DCs. In addition, the diviner must have an alignment within one step of their deity. This modifies the priestess' spell casting and abilities. Pathfinder prestige class: Templar

Templar (Prestige class) Divine champions, these warriors specialize in protecting their deity’s temples and their people. They specialize in granting powerful protective boons on allies, granted by their deity. As they grow in power, they learn additional magical powers as well as gain boons from their deity which aid in their ability to protect those in need, and strike down those who would destroy order. Requirements: Base attack bonus: +5. Alignment : Lawful Good or Lawful Neutral. Feats : Bodyguard, Iron will. Skills: Profession (soldier) 3 ranks, Knowledge (religion) 3 ranks. Chanter Some priestesses go so far into the divinity of words and song, that they grow to perform to massive audiences. Their knowledge of words not only grants them powerful abilities based on the word they choose to study, but they can also perform to the masses to grant them gifts of knowledge and energy—or inflict charms and fear. Hit die: d6. Skills : 4+int modifier. Class skills: Appraise, bluff, craft, diplomacy, disguise, fly, heal, intimidate, knowledge (local), knowledge (nobility), knowledge (religion), linguistics, perception, perform, profession, sense motive, spellcraft, use magic device. Weapon and armor proficiency: Chanters are proficient with simple weapons. They are not proficient with armor, or shields. Parent classes: Priestess and Bard.
